As we enter an exciting new phase as a 100% employee-owned business, we are proud to introduce Donna Constance as the Managing Director of Atlas Education. This appointment strengthens our leadership team, ensuring we maximise opportunities while staying true to our purpose and values. Donna will lead teams across the business, driving service delivery, customer relationships, and operational performance. She will also focus on contract retention, organic growth, and new business development.
Donna’s journey at Atlas is a testament to dedication, growth, and leadership. Since joining in 2018 from outside the industry, she has progressed from one of our most talented operators to a natural leader who embodies our values. Over the past seven years, she has built a reputation for inspiring teams, fostering collaboration, and creating an environment where people thrive.
Her leadership was particularly evident in 2023 when she played a key role in securing the PFM Partnership Award for Cleaning alongside our partner, Imerys. This recognition highlighted the strength of the personal relationships and true partnership culture Donna helped to cultivate. Judges praised the passion and commitment of both teams, recognising the long-term positive impact of their collaboration.
That same year, Donna received our inaugural Creating Happiness Award for her energy, enthusiasm, and determination. This award reflects her commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture and delivering outstanding service.
As Managing Director of Atlas Education, Donna is focused on enhancing service delivery, strengthening operations, and developing talent. She is committed to addressing gaps in operational performance, ensuring efficiency, and maximising the use of Atlas’ internal systems to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients.
Her leadership approach centres on trust, authenticity, and continuous improvement. “It’s all about understanding people’s ‘why’ - what drives them - and then supporting them in achieving their goals,” she says. She believes strongly in professional development, ensuring that every team member has the opportunity to grow and succeed. “Developing our teams is the most important part - having a structure so that everyone has the framework to progress.”
