RSC office ’school improvement’ roles advertised by DfE

The Department for Education is advertising for an academy school improvement expert and trust development expert at the regional school's commissioner’s office.
Both roles will be based in the Sheffield office of John Edwards, the RSC for east midlands and the Humber, for between six and nine months.
The part time roles have a maximum salary of £67,680 (pro-rata).
The academy school improvement role will entail sharing expert school improvement knowledge, supporting the team with the further development of a range of school improvement strategies, helping to develop a training programme, and helping to facilitate the sharing of school improvement best practice.
The trust development expert will be responsible for sharing trust development knowledge, supporting the team with training and advice, and engaging strategically with and encouraging links between trusts, among other requirements.
