Wellbeing, attendance and behaviour addressed at EB LIVE roundtable
EB News: 05/02/2026 - 10:40
Schools are invited to take part in a practical, hands-on wellbeing roundtable hosted by Mind Work Matters at Education Business LIVE 2026, taking place on 26 March at Old Billingsgate in London.
The session will be chaired by Kelly Hannaghan, Mental Health and Wellbeing Consultant, award-winning motivational speaker, published author and founder of Mind Work Matters Ltd. Kelly has spent her career putting wellbeing and people at the heart of education, working systemically with local authorities, MATs, senior leaders, pastoral teams, and governors to create healthy school cultures.
During the roundtable, attendees will explore the complex relationship between wellbeing, attendance and behaviour in schools, examining how to spot when attendance issues signal deeper wellbeing concerns, how behaviour systems can either help or hinder students, and the impact of leadership, policy and accountability on everyday decisions. It will also cover practical points where minor tweaks deliver major results, and real-life approaches that successfully break negative cycles.
Join us at Education Business LIVE 2026 to hear Kelly’s insight during this roundtable.
