Ofqual will consult on next year's exam plans shortly

Sally Collier, Ofqual's chief regulator, spoke at the the Parliamentary education committee this morning, saying that a consultation process on plans for next year will start in the coming weeks.
She also said that schools need to know what’s happening with next year’s exams ideally before the summer break.
Exams are to go ahead in 2021, but there are growing concerns about the anxiety felt by year 10 and year 12 pupils, who are due to sit GCSE and A-level exams next summer. it is not yet known what is needed for pupils who have had their education disrupted during the school closures.
