Ofsted launches new logos to show ‘good’ and ‘outstanding’ schools
Schools can now download and use a ‘good provider’ or ‘outstanding provider’ logo to display their official ratings.
The designs for the logos were created following feedback from organisations the watchdog have previously inspected, and after a review of existing policy and guidance on the use of the new logo.
Education providers can use their unique reference number to download the relevant logo in a variety of formats for use on their own websites, stationery and other materials.
Ofsted said that they are conscious that parents and learners rely on them as a mark of quality and as a result only providers holding good or outstanding marks can apply the logo to their branding materials.
