Remi Atoyebi MBE is a highly respected education leader with more than 18 years of headship experience at Osmani Primary School, where she has led sustained transformation grounded in equity, high expectations and inclusive excellence.

Alongside her school leadership, she supports leaders across the system through executive coaching, mentoring and national professional development, with a focus on developing confident, values-driven leadership. Remi was awarded an MBE for services to education and leadership in 2026.
