Free resources to help teachers support young peoples' mental health

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England is launching a new set of free resources, designed to help teachers support young people aged 8 to 24 with their mental wellbeing.

The #HandsUp4HealthyMinds toolkit, which can also be used by tutors and parents/carers, can help professionals better understand youth mental health and offer support. It includes guidance on self-care, stress and talking tips and further resources to support young people’s mental health.
