First Class Education’s Head of Education and Training, Peter Cobrin, gets really excited about their new programme for primary and secondary schools across London and the south-east.
With what started as a passion project, Future Education was founded in 2001 by a former Primary School Head Teacher, Derek Attwell and his wife Mary, a former youth worker.
The couples desire to improve the quality of the recruitment process has become a cornerstone of the company’s success.
The duo, along with their sons (who were also previously teachers), are still at the heart of the business today which has grown from a small garden shed to a double storey office in Croydon with 3 divisions and over 30 employees.
In homage to the company’s humble early beginnings, the boardroom is now appropriately named “the shed” as a reminder of how far the Attwell’s have come. re
Despite the growth, the company still has the same vision at its core as it did all those years ago. To commit to improving the recruitment process for teachers and to be honest advisors.
With a genuine passion for teachers our dedicated team go the extra mile to make sure you can rely on them for ongoing support. Having been teachers in the past, the company is built on a clear understanding of what teachers need and want, leading the way in supporting teachers and TA’s.
