CPC to host education procurement conference

A new procurement conference designed for those who work in the education sector has been launched by purchasing consortium CPC and procurement consultants Tenet.

CPC and Tenet Education Services who are hosting the event are both not-for-profit organisations, owned and run by the education sector.

ProcurEd North takes place on 28 November at Hopwood Hall in Greater Manchester, bringing together expert speakers and professionals from the procurement and education sector.

ProcurEd North delegates will be provided with the tools and information they need to get the best purchasing outcomes for their educational establishment during the 2018/19 academic year and beyond.

The conference schedule offers many networking opportunities, including the opportunity to meet the CPC and Tenet teams, and CPC approved exhibitors. ProcurEd North will also offer many opportunities to meet and share ideas with procurement professionals from across the education sector. Keynote speakers include Catherine Kelsall and Duane Williams from the DfE and Florence Gregg from procurement consultancy figpc ltd.

The event is free to attend for CPC members and non-members who are involved in procurement within an educational establishment.
